Mr. Effah's expertise spans various areas, including microcredit management, financial planning and budgeting, risk management, market analysis, team management, customer service, and leadership and entrepreneurship. He has a proven track record of managing teams, analyzing market trends, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Throughout his career, Mr. Effah has held key positions, including CEO of Be-Done Micro-Credit Enterprise, Assistant Director at Globo Smart Card, Junior Budget Analyst at Tema Metropolitan Assembly, and Marketing Executive at Union Two, Ghana

Mr. Effah holds a degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Ghana and attended Konongo-Odumasi Senior High School, where he studied Business. He has also undergone training in credit development, leadership and entrepreneurship, and customer service and sales personnel.

With his expertise and experience, Mr. Effah is a valuable addition to our advisory board. His insights and guidance will help shape our organization's financial strategy and drive growth.

Akua Adiyiah Otchere, a seasoned lawyer with 9 years of experience at the bar, brings expertise in advanced legal research and analysis, strategic case management, and trial advocacy. Her strong background in banking and compliance is complemented by a commitment to justice and ethical standards. With experience in handling high-profile corruption and financial crime cases, Akua is a valuable asset.

As a Judge at a Circuit Court in the Republic of Ghana, Akua leverages her extensive experience to drive excellence and integrity. Her academic credentials include an LL.M in Criminal Justice from the University of Aberdeen, a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Various certifications in anti-money laundering, corruption risk assessment, arbitration, and financial investigations further bolster her expertise.

Paa Kwasi Adiyiah is a banking and financial services professional with over 15 years of experience in business development, branch management, sales, customer relationship management, and strategic operations. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven business growth, strengthened customer relationships, and delivered operational excellence.

His career spans key roles at the erstwhile Intercontinental Bank Ghana Limited, Access Bank Ghana PLC, and UMB Bank Ghana Limited, where he gained extensive experience in banking operations, credit management, and business leadership.

In 2025, he founded Fortune Support Micro Credit and currently serves as its Chief Executive Officer. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and oversees the institution’s mission of delivering innovative and accessible financial solutions that empower individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses.

Paa Kwasi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Ghana. He is a Chartered Banker (ACIB), a Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioner, and a member of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers and the Chartered Institute of Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners (CIRIP Ghana).

Committed to continuous professional development, he has earned executive and professional certifications from the National Banking College and the Osei Tutu II Centre for Executive Education and Research in Emerging Regulations for Branch Managers, Forex Market Sales and Trading, Retail Credit Management and Analysis, and Credit Analysis and Acceptable Securities for Bank Lending, further strengthening his expertise in banking, credit, and strategic financial leadership

As a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Forensic Accountant, and Chartered Tax Practitioner, she brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the organization.

Her expertise includes strategic planning, team management, training, financial management, and accounting.

Maame Yaa's academic and professional qualifications are impressive, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of Cape Coast, a Professional Diploma in Forensic Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (GH), and certifications as a Chartered Accountant and Certified Chartered Accountant. She is also a Qualified Chartered Tax Practitioner and holds certificates in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration (GIMPA) and Police Management from the Ghana Police College.
